Licensing Agreement

PrayerBank and "You've Got Prayers" are registered trademarks for the Virtual Prayer Group, Ltd.

In order to protect these trademarks, all use of these terms must agree to our licensing agreement.
There will be a small administration fee for use of these terms, for us to keep track of the licenses.

The fees will be as followed:
PrayerBank License $25 per group.  (if you want to add additional churches/groups, add $10 per extra)
"You've Got Prayers" License $25 per group.  (if you want to add additional churches/groups, add $10 per extra)
PrayerBank and "You've Got Prayers" License $40.

These licenses will be good for 1 year from the time the agreement is made.  
You will contacted in one year for renewal information.
